Well, I jumped in and here is my first drawing in my moleskine sketchbook. I decided to start small so this is the small book. I am not thrilled with the drawing but, hey, it is a start.
Leigh, every other page in my journal is captioned "well, this didn't exactly turn out as well as I hoped...." so just keep drawing (it is my weak point too!).

how brave to start! I remember doing that myself last Fall---keep it up--you certainly have an observing eye...and you got alot of this one spread.
A wonderful beginning! I like the inclusion of your notes from the church service -- makes it more personal. Great sketch!
