Indian Dancer

Another dancer from the Pow Wow. I forgot to put that I am doing the next series of drawings from photos in a moleskine. This is pencil and I am not thrilled with the scan. For some reason my scanner doesn't pick up pencil drawings well.

Pow Wow at Community College

So I am trying something new. I went to two events the weekend of the 24th and 25th in January. I wanted to draw there but it was impossible to do so. I took my camera and will be drawing from the photos I took. I am still determined this year to draw at events but these two...an American Indian pow wow.... and a cat show, just weren't conducive for on the spot drawing....hmmm.... especially the cats. I was very happy with the photos from the cat show and will be doing and posting these drawings later in the week. I have two more from the pow wow to do and post.
