This was done as an entry in a blog I was participating in. I originally was making this mermaid for Kim Antieau. I decided that she needed to be with her intended owner so she was mailed off to Washington and is home where she belongs. Check out Kim's blog and Church of the Old Mermaids book.

She's fabulous, and the colours are so vibrant and exciting. I must go and see that link - and aren't there so many things we need to make time for. I saw a beadling bracelet like a charm bracelet the other day, and now I have visions of frogs, bees and maybe even a mermaid adorning my wrist.
