This was a very interesting challenge for me because the glasses I chose to draw were ones I wore in the past. It brought up all my feelings about not being cool. I remember thinking, at the time, that the sunglasses were cool, but I don't think they are. The thread about my hair is another story. I need to get a haircut but have not been able to find a hairdresser I like since I moved here eleven years ago! So I haven't had a decent hair cut in eleven years. So that is it for today.

Fun glasses! I think that a drawing a day is a great goal. I have been trying to get a drawing a day and sometimes I even get 2 done. :) but some days none. I figure I'm going to break even. Keep it up!

P.S. if you photograph your sketch book straight on -- try to line up or square the edges in your view finder-- the perspective on your sketches will be more true to the actual sketch-
Drawing sunglasses from memory counts for two challenges as there is one that is for drawing a memory! I enjoy your journaling too.
