Tricky Kitty Jelly Bean Dispenser

Well, as obnoxious as this might be, I like this little guy. He is staying with me. He and the wind-up witch really hit it off.

This is one of my favorite drawings so far. I wanted to do more of a compositon but I liked the drawing so much I was afraid I would ruin it. I know overall composition is something I need to work on.

Okay, I am embarrassed to admit this, but I actually ate these. They were quite good. Fruity and chewy. I am not a huge fan of gummy candy but these hit the spot, as long as I didn't think about eating worms.

So what can I say? This little guy makes a nice eerie, scary Halloween sound. How he dispenses his candy is another matter. I am sure plenty of kids will get a kick out of this. A bit gross for my tastes, though it is one of the ones I kept. Robin, from my art group, came by yesterday and took most of the things I have been drawing for her sons. I am thrilled they have a good home. I kept this one because I like the sound it makes and might come in handy one day as a conversation piece.

Well, this is a cute idea. I found that it didn't work as promised. I could barely get a glow out of the tongs. So I took creative license in creating this. I figured the insects needed a break from stealing candy.

These actually look like gelatinous blobs of goo. Through this process I realize what keeps the sugar companies in business. All of these candies are pure sugar.
